Introduction
A gas detector is a flameproof safety device capable of rapidly, reliably, stably and continuously detecting gas concentrations in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value of the gas detector, the detector will trigger an alarm and drive external devices to remind on-site staff to take necessary protective measures, which can prevent gas-induced combustion accidents.
Working Principle of Gas Detector: The detector installed on-site operates with power supply. When a gas leak occurs, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal for output. After the voltage signal is processed by the detector, the data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the detector triggers an alarm and drives external devices.
A gas detector is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect oxygen concentration, toxic and harmful gas concentration, or flammable and explosive gas concentration in the working environment.
The gas detector adopts a diffusion method to convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal in real time. After the signal is amplified, it is processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration value, an alarm signal will be sent out.
The gas detector features a dual-chamber design, special imported sensors, and a modular sensor design, making calibration and adjustment more convenient. It has superior performance, high stability, can output multiple sets of signals, and is easy to install and maintain, meeting the high reliability requirements of industrial on-site equipment.
